Mandy Dhaliwal
EVP & CMO, Nutanix
As Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Nutanix, Mandy Dhaliwal has led Nutanix marketing while the company has achieved 4x market cap growth within the last two years. Before joining Nutanix, Mandy was the Chief Marketing Officer for Dell Boomi (part of GTM leadership team that grew ARR 4x over 3 years and achieved a record breaking $4B exit from Dell Tech to TPG and Francisco partners). Mandy has more than 25 years of B2B experience in driving growth and innovation strategies across the cloud and software markets. During her career, Mandy has held senior leadership positions at venture-backed startups and public corporations. Mandy holds a Technology Marketing MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
Rick Schultz
CMO, Databricks
Rick Schultz joined Databricks in 2017 as Chief Marketing Officer, where his leadership has been instrumental in driving the company's growth from $14 million to over $2 billion in annual recurring revenue. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Alteryx, helping fuel its growth from early stage (Series A) to pre-IPO and from 100 customers to over 2,200. Rick also ran technology product marketing for Oracle from 2008 to 2012, leading the positioning, content and demand generation strategies for a broad, $6 billion portfolio of database, analytics, security and management products. He holds a BS in Finance from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

Ellie is a contributor to the Forbes Agency Council, sharing her insights on positioning. She has served as a board member for EPATT and a judge for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year awards. She founded the Humane Planet Speaker Series to create a more sustainable, compassionate food system. She’s an enthusiastic tennis player, runner, yogi, reader and animal rights advocate.
